When you commit to us, we commit to you providing nothing but stellar service!

Our contract terms are simple and clear. You are required to commit for the first year which shows you are committed to us providing the service. The contract lasts for two years and renews annually automatically. You are able to cancel at any time.

If you cancel within the first year, you are obligated and responsible for our investment of signage.

We offer timed and 24/7 patrolling services of your property!

We require a two-year committment from the property owner under a contract with set terms and conditions*.  

Signs will be provided at no cost* and all towing related expenses fall on the vehicle owner. 

We provide branded standard parking signs that comply with local DOT regulations. We adhere to industry standard practices regarding signs and placement compliant with regulations.

Our signs are placed at entrances and through out the property that we perform parking enforcement for. Signs are 12"x18" matching standard DOT sizes such as handicap parking, etc. 

Our signs and posts generally cost between $50-$75 with the average sign being 12"x18" and post 8'. We use high value single layer reflective DOT vinyl.
